A consultation form built for stylists. You capture color, cut, formulas, retail notes, life events, and two photos per visit. It saves in the cloud so you can open it on phone, iPad, tablet, or computer.
No. Use the website. On iPhone or iPad open it in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. It then opens like an app.
It is meant for you in the chair, not a waiting-room form. Keep the device with the stylist.
Pro is $19/month for one stylist. Salon is $49/month for 5 seats, with invites, a shared service list, and an Admin tab. Extra seats are $25/month per block of 5.
Pro only. You enter a card at signup. $0 is charged today. $19 bills on day 8 unless you cancel. Salon has no trial and bills $49 at signup.
No. They use a salon seat. They sign up from the invite link and skip Stripe.
Use the link in your Stripe receipt or billing portal. Cancel during the Pro trial and you are not charged.
So it stays usable on a phone. You do not have to complete every tab. Save whenever the consult is done.
Start typing the name. Matches appear after you type — the full list does not pop open on tap. If they are on file you can view the last consult (with photos), then continue new or copy it forward.

On the login screen enter your email, then tap Forgot password. Use the link we send. Check junk if it is slow.
Owner: Settings → Salon team. Send invites to any email, or copy the invite link / code. They create a login and join your seats.
Only if you turn that on. Settings → “Stylists can see all salon consultations on Saved.” Default is off (each stylist sees only their own). The owner Admin tab can always view the salon.
Pro users add services in Settings. Salon owners add them in Admin so the whole team shares one dropdown. You can bulk add. Prices do not need a $ typed in.
Optional. We load your service list and stylists for you. Submit the Setup page and send the list by email, booking-site link, or text/photos. We then email a payment link. Work starts after payment.
